Steve Puckett is a seasoned executive, influential leader and exceptional technologist who successfully built and sold a technology startup company for $11M. He then led it to become a dominant player in the electronic medical record technology sector currently used by over 80,000 healthcare providers.
Steve served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the resulting publicly traded company, QSI. He led a team of 1,200 engineers and product specialists that were in distributed across four US locations plus a captive off-shore center of excellence for the flagship product, NextGen.
Steve’s pragmatic approach is equally effective in the Boardroom and at round-table think-tank sessions with operational teams. He’s a roll-up-the sleeves, get-things-done kind of leader who gets things done.
Steve is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and he cut his teeth in Project Management at Accenture, followed by McKesson before starting his own business.
